Jimmy Monkey Café was brought to life by Melbourne native Michael Ryan, whose deep love for Melbourne’s vibrant café culture fueled his desire to recreate that experience in Singapore, helping shape what many now consider among the best restaurant experiences in Singapore.

In 2011, he realized this dream with the opening of Jimmy Monkey, Singapore’s first Slayer Espresso machine café, setting a new standard for coffee excellence in the city and contributing to its reputation as one of the best restaurant destinations in Singapore.
